"You're on the phone with your girlfriend. She's upset. She's going off about something that you said"
Taylor and her neighbor communicate from their bedrooms using notebooks.
Taylor only shows the note saying "I love you" when his curtains are closed.
She shows the page saying "I love you" only because his curtains are closed.
He finds out that his girlfriend is cheating on him.
He asks if she is going to the dance. She replies "no, studying" in which he replies "wish you were."
She shows up to the dance to suprise him.
He turns down his girlfriend for Taylor.
She finally gets up the courage to tell him she loves him.
To her suprise he pulls out a note saying "I love you" too.
